The residential building is located in Kudrova, close to St Petersburg, in Russia.
All the apartments are designed using elements like balconies, loge and French windows. The cubic loges form the balconies above. The lateral windows of the loges are closed with colored glass that call to mind the colored facades of St. Petersburg and give privacy to the owners of the flats. The overhanging loges are fixed by a thin metal structure, and generate movement in the façade.
