Interior Design and Office Planning
We design custom solutions for office spaces, restaurants, hotels and residential interiors. Our design is inspired by a sense of uniqueness and simplicity and is characterized by detail.
Our service starts with the task analysis, which is based on briefing and researching, and we develop a unique idea and design concept. The mood collage with reference images is for inspiration, while the space planning and rendering help the client to visualize the project. A color and material proposal, the furniture layout and selection, and the lighting concept complete the project.
Urban Planning
Urban design shapes cities, whether through the planning of their buildings and neighborhoods, their streets and squares, or their parks and infrastructure. We have designed public projects - squares and the regeneration of public areas. Given that every space is different in character, context and function, our experience spans from the planning and design of a new public space or an infill site to urban renewal.
Project Management
We manage both the design and construction stages of complex buildings, while dealing effectively with the technological challenges in the building industry, applying sustainable design principles.
We coordinate the work of the design team and numerous consultants who contribute to a construction project, and manage communication with the client. The issues of budgets, scheduling, and quality control are our responsibility.
BIM Technology
We elaborate the projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) throughout the design process to improve quality and accelerate design processes with integrated workflows for concept design, modeling, multidiscipline coordination, and construction documentation.
Multilingual Architectural Services
We provide multilingual architectural design services tailored to international clients.
Our team works in collaboration with real estate agents in key regions such as Lake Como, Milan, Tuscany, Liguria, and Canton Ticino, offering comprehensive support throughout the property acquisition process.
With experience in planning and construction across Italy, Switzerland, and Germany, we offer full project supervision—from initial concept to final completion.
We manage all documentation required for planning permissions, including compliance with building regulations and procedures of local authorities.
Our services cover every stage of the permitting process, from project development to submitting applications to the competent authority. Planning documents, technical drawings, tender packages, and cost estimates can be prepared in English, German, or Italian. Communication with Italian–speaking project partners, including interpretation at site meetings and consultations with contractors and specialists can be included in our service.
During both planning and construction phases, meetings can be held at our architectural offices in Germany or Italy.
