The Client is a private equity fund that primarily invests in medium-sized Italian companies, supporting their growth and international development. They describe themselves as a platform for the growth of “Italian excellences”.

This project involved the renovation and expansion of the company’s headquarters in Milan’s Brera district, conceived as a seamless extension of the existing workspace. While preserving the spatial and aesthetic coherence of the original interiors, the design also introduces new elements that reflect the evolving identity and needs of the company.

The additional floor, which includes new offices and meeting rooms, was conceived to echo the design language of the previous layout. A deep olive green, a shade selected by the client, was used strategically across custom furnishings and flooring to subtly reinforce the company’s brand identity.

Resources were intentionally focused on the most representative areas — the reception and meeting rooms — enhancing the experience for both visitors and team members through refined materials, thoughtful lighting, and attention to detail.
